My name is Babette, and I have been practicing and teaching Pilates for many years.

I am a Qualified Pilates Teacher (reps registered) and Health Coach and the owner of Pilates for Perimenopause. I truly believe that Pilates is for everyone, no matter your age or fitness level. During perimenopause/menopause we need to adjust our exercise due to the change of hormones in our body.

Being a working mum, I understand how important it is to take care of ourselves, both physically and mentally and how easily we forget about us, as we prioritizing everyone else around us.

I’m passionate about helping women going through this momentum with Pilates flows, embracing perimenopause & menopause.
